3 MONTH COACHING

from $330.00

Three months of coaching allows for a deep dive into your nutritional and lifestyle needs, and also allows for time, experimentation, and eventually a tailored diet that encompasses your unique health situation. Coaching meets every 2 weeks, with added support and communication between sessions.

I recommend the upfront three-month commitment for people who:  

  • have been struggling with their health for longer than they can remember

  • for those dealing with a chronic condition like IBS, SIBO, autoimmune, prediabetes, or celiac, to mention a few, and would like to understand and better manage their condition

  • are trying to figure out food sensitivities and require food elimination trials, such as FODMAP, anti-histamine, gluten or dairy free, etc

  • would like to improve their relationship with food and disordered eating patterns using intuitive and mindful eating techniques

3 MONTH COACHING INCLUDES:

  • One (1) 75-minute in-depth initial session

  • Five (5) 45-minute follow-up session, meeting every two weeks.

  • Summary. After each session, you’ll get an email recap including notes, handouts, links, and any other helpful tools.

  • SuperBills, upon request. More info under FAQs.

  • Email support between sessions.

  • Cost: $330/month or $890 paid in full (save $100). Payment is through Venmo, Zelle, or PayPal. Once you schedule initial session, we will send you more detailed instructions. Much appreciated!

You can expect each session to include most if not all the below:

·      medical nutrition therapy review

·      assessment of most recent lab

·      suggestions on meal structure, planning, and scheduling

·      meal prepping tips

·      intuitive eating guidelines

·      cognitive behavior therapy techniques

·      food labels, deciphering ingredients

·      food/pantry/grocery suggestions

·      portion control & calorie guidelines, if warranted

·      targeted dietary supplement analysis

·      healthy traveling and eating out, including on-the-go snacks

·      lifestyle considerations: movement, relationships (with people or food itself), stress, sleep, and finding a healthy medium
